As residents of SWFL since 2008, our primary service area is to that of our neighbors in very select neighborhoods within Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers Beach, Marco Island, Naples, and South Fort Myers.
We have a large clientele base of homeowners that have purchased homes or condos in this area as their new primary residence here in Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs, and the Naples Florida areas. Many hire us to paint the entire interior and in case of single-family homes, both interior and exterior to reflect their own personal style! Additionally, we serve those who have vacation rental properties in single family homes and condos. However, we serve the actual homeowners and property owners ONLY - no 2nd or 3rd parties. If you are an out-of-town owner/non-resident owner, we have implemented new guidelines for deposits and payments effective June 17, 2022. Since Hurricane Ian we have implemented more stringent guidelines

We are a Registered Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor. Registration#: 162406 and have been so since 2004. Although we generally service our home state area from May to October since we moved to Florida in 2008, we will, again, begin to service full interior painting projects (valued at $8k and greater) in these areas year-round beginning in November 2023.
