Fred Jannino's 30+ years of hi-end residential painting service experience is the backbone of Jannino Painting & Design. In 2004, after working for various Design/Build and GC firms throughout the Boston area, he began his own painting company along with his wife, Christine. Serving hi-end residential clientele from Chestnut Hill to Chatham he built a strong reputation as one of the area's finest and most affordable interior and exterior painting firms.
In 2008 he relocated his family to Bonita Springs, Florida. He quickly built a steady clientele base in Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Marco Island, South Fort Myers, and other select areas on both the east and west coasts of Florida.
In 2016 he expanded his service area to include other areas after he was asked by a Fort Myers Beach client to work on her summer home in the Smoky Mountains. So he began serving North Carolina, Coastal South Carolina and Coastal Georgia in addition to his Florida, Massachusetts, and other New England service areas. He works by appointment only in these other areas and requires a signed agreements and deposits for all projects. On areas outside the primary Florida area a fee for estimates may be required depending upon project but will be deducted from project's last payment due.
As a Registered and Insured Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor #162406 he continues to serve select clients in upscale communities throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from June to October (he also is available year-round for larger scale hi-end residential projects he will travel to Massachusetts by appointment only and requires additional fees on any off-season bookings).
Fred personally meets with each and every client and is on-site from beginning to end of every project. Small family business and owner/operator craftsmen/craftswomen tend to work this way. It's the only way we operate. One on one with the homeowners - no middlemen. The person you meet for your estimate IS THE PERSON working on your project. We have no salespeople or services that work on our behalf - we work with you DIRECTLY!
