Fred Jannino, with over 30 years of high-end residential painting service experience, forms the bedrock of Jannino Painting & Design. In 2004, after working for various Design/Build and Geneal Contractor (GC) firms in Boston, Massachusetts, he embarked on his own painting venture alongside his wife, Christine, in the coastal town of Hull, Massachusetts. Their services catered to discerning high-end residential clients across Eastern Massachusetts spanning from Chestnut Hill to Chatham on Cape Cod, where Fred established himself as one of the region's premier and affordable providers of interior and exterior painting.
In 2008, Fred relocated his family to Bonita Springs, Florida where he extended his services to homeowner clients in Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach, and Naples. Subsequently, in 2012, they settled in Fort Myers Beach, broadening their clientele to include homeowners in Estero, Marco Island, and South Fort Myers. While concurrently serving clients in their primary service areas within Massachusetts and in other New England locations from May to October and by special request on larger projects. Then, they decided to expand into Western North Carolina following a request from a Fort Myers Beach client that they paint the interior and exterior of her mountain summer home in the Smokey Mountains.
Over the years, Fred has strengthened his reputation where both new and repeat clients look to him and his company for quality house painting and unmatched customer service. He has many references from real homeowners, not those farmed fake purchased references that you often see posted online, but from actual homeowners that you can call and speak to.

As a Registered Commonwealth of Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (HIC#162406), Fred continues to serve select clients in upscale communities throughout Eastern Massachusetts from June to October. For larger-scale upscale residential projects, he is available year-round and will travel to Massachusetts by appointment only, with additional fees for off-season bookings. Bookings for Massachusetts resume in April of 2025 and can be arranged by calling 781-987-3082 or sending an email through our contact page here on our website.
